I received the kit and everything was included. The instructions were easy to follow. The test was easy to do and was easy to send back in a prepaid FedEx envelope. It took almost two weeks to get the results via email (probably took a little longer because of the holiday season). The results also recommended a couple of products to help with my low morning cortisol and slightly high afternoon cortisol. Right after I got my results, the doctor called and discussed the results with me. I advised him that I also have the MTHFR C667 gene. He asked me to look to see if I have the COMT gene variant rs4680 and to call to let him know. I found that I do have the COMT gene he referred to. I called and left a message for him to call me back, which I am sure he will do. He seemed to really want to help with my specific health situation. He may have some other supplements that will help my genetic problems too. It is hard to find a local doctor who knows anything about MTHFR. I feel like I am on track with this now and maybe will finally find some things to help. The kit was affordable and I would recommend it to any one who thinks they may have a cortisol or methylation issue.

Worth doing this test! It's a very easy salvia test with samples taken four times to see cortisol levels throughout the day/night. If I had just done a blood test, the overall levels would have been normal, but I wouldn't have gotten the important information that my levels are actually too low at specific times throughout the day. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I am very grateful to Dr. Ricardo Miranda for taking the time to talk to me on the phone and thoroughly explain my results and answer all my questions. I had no idea that low cortisol levels affect energy and sleep, especially because it's always high levels that we are told to worry about. He also recommended a specific supplement (with a choice of different brands as per my preference from any health food store) that will help fix my low levels throughout the day. These low levels explain my energy dips and sleep issues. Highly recommend doing this cortisol test. The more information we have, the healthier we can become. Thank you, Dr. Miranda!!

This was a great choice. I had a question and they actually answered the phone (rare these days)!!! And they were very friendly and helpeful. The test was easy to do (saliva collection) and I returned it with the included FedEx package. I asked about results by email and, again, they actually responded promptly. Results were uploaded to my portal in 7 days.

Total scam to get you to buy more products. They don't actually give your test results just say “your cortisol level is low” or “cortisol level is high “ then they make you speak to a doctor who wants to sell you more products. Never got my actual results !!!

Customer service was above and beyond. The 3 tests we did were life changing. Everything across the board was Great, Great, Great!!!!

When I opened the package it was empty except for a UPS shipping envelope folded up. This is a fraudulent product. Do not purchase this. The front of the package looked like it was photocopied.
