If at first you don't succeed . . .
The mugs are a standard size, not the small 11 oz. The mug is a bright white with a cheery yellow interior. I saw other companies that offered a similar service, but their 'mugs' were smaller.HOWEVER, the logo was printed upside-down, evidenced by the lettering being upside-down. I requested a 'redo' or refund. The seller has been understanding, so I waited to see what satisfaction I would have.The seller opted to 'redo' the logo at their cost, and they are wonderful. I have received so many complements (and pointed them to Amazon). The seller was very polite and very willing to correct the problem -- and did!I give the seller five-stars for their product, their customer service, and their efforts.

The pictures don't show through
Was super excited to get this for a white elephant gift this year. But I was so disappointed when I put hot water in the cup and it looks still dark and you can't really see the picture.

I customized these and they were exactly like I created. Everyone loved them. I was impressed with the packaging as well as they were secure and nothing arrived broken. Great gift idea for anyone.

Good for a funny gift - but black is not fully opaque
Shipped fast and arrived undamaged. The picture/text was good quality (not pixelated). Only draw back is that when the mug is cold, the black is not fully opaque. You can see the picture/text through the black. Got this for a gag gift, so it's not a huge issue, but still something to note.
