Although I didn't use this item do to being damaged this go around. I am incredibly impressed by the ingredient profile of this supplement. I was taking this along with ubiqinol (high potency co q 10), a prenatal, high quality fish oil, and vitamin c while we did fertility treatments. This was the 4th time we have done fertility medication due to my egg quality being bad. The last 3 times, I had 2 eggs but only 1 fertilized due to quality issues. This time around though, I had 2 eggs and BOTH were good quality and I am now 12 weeks pregnant with twins! I can’t say if this specific thing helped get much better egg health this time, as I was taking it with other things for 3 months prior, but in my previous fertility cycles I did not take it but did take the other stuff. Anyways I’m writing this review because I’m 36 with pcos and egg quality issues and I did have much better egg health this time around! I would recommend taking it with high quality ubiquinol (200-400 mg a day) or ubiquinone, high quality fish oil omega 3 (1000+ a day), and vitamin C (I was taking 1000mg a day). And of course take a prenatal too. Make sure to take it 3 months prior to conception since eggs start maturing then! Good luck!

Never received. Delivered to wrong address I took these as well as the prenatal pills. When I tell you I only started using them when my cycle came on for the 1st time. I might have missed a day, but I took one at night and one in the am. I ovulated when my calendar said I would I did. I felt those cramps I had on both sides. And I checked again and I had ovulated two weeks later. I was shocked and never knew this could happen. Luckily I wasn’t trying to get prego. Just wanted to see what the hype was about these pills. So yes I recommend these to everyone. Remember everyone’s body is different. So give yourself time and don’t compare you to the next. Keep hope ladies.

I started this supplement to help with conception in combination with CoQ10 and their prenatal. There is really no smell to them which is huge considering some other supplements have a very strong odor. The capsules are a good size that are easy to swallow. I take 2 capsules at night before bed and do not notice any side effects. I love how Needed is committed to using high quality ingredients that are at the optimal dosage. The price reflects the quality which is very important to me. Would recommend to anyone trying to have a baby.

Mixed feelings on this. Without CoQ10, the ingredients in this egg quality supplement don’t do the job. I’ve spend a lot of time trying to lower my supplement intake from 36 pills a day, and I cut out CoQ10. This supplement should not be sold with CoQ10 or CoQ10 should be added into the egg quality supplement if possible. I did not rebuy because there is such thing as supplements fatigue. I’ve heard amazing things about needed, I’m taking their prenatal and appreciate the clean ingredients in their products!!

I have no idea if this supplement actually helped, but they got my money. I tolerated the pills well and my eggs turned out great. Did this help? No way to actually know.
