Love it!!
LOVE my Optiplex! I bought this to play all my favorite 2000s PC games and it’s perfect! Super fast, easy setup, and came with everything I need to get started (minus a monitor of course). I ran into one small problem and seller was super quick to send a return label and ship me a replacement. So happy with my purchase, highly recommend!

Its a refurbished item, and it wont come in a new packaged box
Arrived faster than expected due date a +. The internal packaging was bubble wrap, but not all the way around the item. Which brings me to my next point. The WIFI antennas were installed, which made it very easy to get damaged. Which was exactly what happened. Although it was easily corrected. . The WIFI keyboard and the wireless mouse are really subpar. I have better ones on hand something else to gather dust. So far its been really fast. Compact size a +. Easy set up. So far very happy regardless of the packing flaws. Will keep you posted...

Not a good product
I purchased this in January and have only used it a handful of times so far. It has had an abnormal amount of issues. The computer has frozen with the “blue screen of death”, which took several reboots to get resolved (who knows how long it will remain resolved..). Most recently the computer started glitching and then froze completely and would not boot back up. I was told by the seller that I should test the ram to see if one is bad. I ended up buying a replacement ram but before installing it, the computer booted back up. The mouse that came with it is awful, so we had to buy a new one (from a different company). Now the keyboard isn’t working at all, so we’ve ordered a new keyboard (also from a different company). I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a computer.
