Great phone. Looks premium and in sealed condition. Phone has been very smooth since power on, login and transfering data from my old phone. Got several monthly software updates. Awaiting for one ui 7.0 with android 15 software update.

Amazing phone, abysmal camera software and AI processing of all pictures
Sort the camera software out! Every picture I take gets ruined by AI software where it skips a frame just to massively over-expose pictures, so you end up with bad pictures where the end result is not the picture you snapped - i e. Where my child is finally looking in the right direction!! You cannot share a picture immediately until it has been post-processed, and often the software crashes so it ends up with a notification that the camera is 'processing' for up to 2 hours until you force quit the application, which is very annoying and now a regular occurrence. There is no way to turn this off. The rest of the phone is amazing but this really, really let's it down. Sort it out Samsung!!!

Hey habe das Samsung S23+ sehr schnell durch Amazon erhalten und dies bei einem guten Preis wie ich ihn in der Schweiz nicht fand. Dazu noch drei Jahre Garantie, bestens so!! Das Mobile Samsung S23+ erfüllt meine Erwartungen voll und ganz. Die Inbetriebnahme und der Datentransfer stellte kein Problem dar. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann das Samsung S23+ und Amazon empfehlen.

The phone itself is good. The software is also OK, but... Who is the owner of the phone? Really? I have setup my phone in a way I like it than I got an update and the quick tiles order and what was selected just resetted I got an another and the fast charging was enabled by default (happy battery degradation). I got an another update and my background in locked state has a red layer. I got an another and if I am not using the new AI feature than I simply CAN NOT use my phone. Whos phones is it the end? I will NEVER buy a Samsung phone again! I need a phone what I own and I can use as I want. If I want to use AI features I will set it up!!! But limiting me to use my phone what I purchase is insane!!!!!!! Never again Samsung.

Hallo, An sich bin ich mit dem Telefon zufrieden, jedoch muss man an dieser Stelle sagen das ein High end Gerät der letzten Generation, nicht in der Lage ist Dokumente einwandfrei zu scannen. Leider ist mein Gerät vom 'banana gate' (einfach mal google) betroffen. Dies ist extrem frustrierend, wenn man sich überlegt, dass es sich um ein Premium Handy handelt.

Gutes Smartphone. Hier muß man nicht viel schreiben. Sehr gutes Produkt. Wie man das von Samsung gewohnt ist. Empfehlung.
