A pedometer. Which you use to tell you how many steps you've donen when walking or doing other athletic activities.It comes in a cardboard box. The device is in bubble wrap. When you've finished popping that, you will also find a lanyard for it and a one page fold out instruction leaflet in English.Pedometers are usually battery powered. This one is usb charged. There is some charge in it when you get it, but it will need to be charged via a computer in due course. Pull off the cap on the right side of it to reveal the part that will slot in.The display is quite large and very clear. There is a back light feature. See the instruction sheet about this. It just gives you a step count and nothing more. There are two buttons on the back. One you hold down for a few seconds to get it back to zero count. Another smaller one for a system reset.This can be very sensitive, so if you are carrying it around prior to putting it on, it will start a count and need to be reset.The belt clip it comes with is good and solid and large. It does have to be pulled out or slotted into this in the right way, but you soon get the nack of this.I had another one like this which I somehow lost. So it's great to get a similar one, as it's the best style pedometer I've ever had. Not cheap, but well worth it.
