This is hands down the best protein product for women in my opinion, The ingredients are pure, and it does not give you the smelly tummy issues like the others do if you know what I mean (wink wink). It tasted really good too which is an added bonus. It's much pricier than other brands but you do get what you pay for here.

I’ve mixed this with plain Greek yogurt and omg! Tastes just like strawberry yogurt! Is a great way to boost protein intake! Have it on subscribe and save! Highly recommend!!

Best protein powder available. Organic and grass fed cows for high quality protein. Plus, the flavors are great. I’ve only tried coconut and vanilla - both are awesome. The beauty of those two flavors is they are a great base for use with any fruit in making a protein shake. Also, these dissolve well in water - just shake well. Flavor is great and only a very little bit of graininess - perfect if you’re cutting out dairy. SFH protein powders are the only protein powders that my wife and I can both agree on.

It’s great on its own but my favorite recipe is as a mock pina colada! Spinach, pineapple, water or a little milk, berries optional and you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve purchased protein and other products from SFH for years. I’ve never had the coconut flavor. Anyways, upon opening, I noticed a strong ammonia smell. It has somewhat dissipated, but it still smells a little off every time I open the pouch.There’s no strange taste, in fact, it tastes better than I expected. But this weird smell is giving me concerns.

I am a consistent user of SFH products; the coconut FUEL is my favorite. It's the perfect protein for my morning smoothie. I find it blends much better than Jocko's Molk or Paleoethics. Also a plus one that it's produced rather local to me (in Maine) so I feel as if I'm continuing to help out my neighbors in the New England economy. Overall a big ol' thumbs up!!

I like the SFH Whey protein because the ingredients are all natural, and I don't feel bloated after drinking it. I have used the vanilla for several years, and needed a changes, so I bought the Strawberry. The flavor is great, and the product did not disappoint. I only ever mix it with water, and I am fussy when it comes to finding a protein shake I can drink. I highly recommend this product.
