This is the way an ice pack should be I’ve used other products that lose their cold super quick the ones with those little beads and I’ve used products that are super hard and stiff that like basically use ice cubes and those don’t work very well at all either this works because it has that flexibility where it can wrap around your injury like an elbow and that cold penetrates nice and deep the ice pack really stays cold for a long time too which is great this is an affordable option it’s great for those damaged tendons you know sensitive tissues where you can’t have hard things touching it it’s small enough for a child to be able to use but big enough to wrap around like an entire elbow or knee one side of an elbow or knee I wouldn’t recommend any other product just keep it simple

I recently had dental surgery, and these gel ice packs are perfect for aftercare. They’re soft, flexible, and small enough to hold comfortably. They get really cold, are squishy, and can even be folded to fit the area you need. Very effective and easy to use!

I have a tennis elbow currently and trying to ice it a few times a day. I had to dig around Amazon to find a very small one that would fit under the elbow sleeve. I use an XL size and this gel pack works beautifully. It also comes with fours sleeve pouches that allow for indirect skin contact. Yes, it still gets very cold but not so much that I need to put another sleeve in so it worked out good. My 1-star deduction is one pouch had a very tiny leak I believe but as long as it's frozen, it doesn't seem to be leaking badly. In either case, for the price, it's well worth it.

I had my knee replaced over the summer and these work great. I keep them in my fridge and not my freezer, which makes them less rigid and more moldable than if they were frozen. I use a clip to hold them in place rather than having to hold them with my hand.

This is not made for a small women and won’t stay on. Also difficult to get on self. Probably fine for larger people and someone with a partner or housemate to help put in on. When I gold it on my arm it feels like it would work great 😕

My BIL is a plastic surgeon and gave the family some medical use gel cold packs but they've since fallen apart. I found these on the 'zon, drawn by the similarity in appearance, soft side, and quantity (kids tend to leave them where they used them and having 12 is a game changer). These LIVE in my kitchen freezer, so the TWO fuzzy pouches are a nice addition. One side of these packs is covered in fabric so it's softer to the touch and skin safe. My kids have used these from age 3+, they don't freeze HARD and can also go in the microwave for a few seconds to get warmer. Kids use them for sore spots from playing, mom uses them to depuff eyes and face in the morning. Win Win.

These may be small, but they're just right. I had oral surgery and needed more small packs other than what the surgeon gave me. These are perfect size for a jaw. The strap goes around your head/neck area to hold the pack in place. Really a great product. They aren't hard like some ice packs. They are the gel kind that are soft and "moldable".

Works great for icing my lower leg and ankle. I had a broken tibia almost at the ankle and this was helpful with my recovery after surgery.

They don’t freeze in the freezer no matter how cold or how long they’re in there . Not a good product
