I’ve been using the Jabra Speak2 55 for several months now, and it’s been an excellent addition to my home office setup. My wife gifted it to me for Christmas, and it's quickly become my go-to device for calls and meetings. I usually wear headphones when working from home, but they can get uncomfortable after long hours. This speaker is a great alternative – the sound is clear, and it picks up my voice very well even when I’m not sitting right in front of it. I have the Microsoft Teams version, which includes a dedicated Teams button. It’s convenient for raising my hand during calls or launching the Teams app directly. One limitation is that you can’t reprogram the button for things like play/pause music, but honestly, I don’t miss that functionality – I use it mostly for meetings anyway. One of my favorite features is the microphone status light – green when unmuted, red when muted. It’s simple but really helpful to know whether I'm live during a call. Muting and unmuting is quick and easy with a single touch. While I normally keep it connected to my PC via USB, I’ve also used it several times over Bluetooth with my phone, and it works flawlessly. The included carrying case is another great bonus – I work in consulting and often have to travel to client meetings, so having a compact, portable speaker I can rely on is a big plus. Overall, the Jabra Speak2 55 is a thoughtfully designed speakerphone that makes virtual meetings more comfortable and professional. Highly recommended for anyone working remotely or on the move.

​It is a great little conference speaker with a compact form factor and clear sound. I am on the phone all day, and this little device reduces the ear pain I get from wearing a headset all day long. The device is easy to set up with WebEx (mute sync works, so you can mute from the app or device), the quality of the sound is great, and the mic works flawlessly. I tested the mic with recordings and peers, and they can barely tell that I am on a speaker phone. I tried the Jabra Speak 500 UC first, and while the devices are very comparable, there was a bit of an echo on the 500, which was gone once I switched to Speak2. I also notice the lack of duplex on the 500, which while not critical, can become a bit annoying at times. In short, the improvements from UC500 to Speak2 55 definitely justified the extra $50 I had to pay.

Easy to connect and wireless. Catches good sound from the distance. Only challenge was that if also catches background sounds so when my dog started to bark nobody could hear me

I bought my last Jabra speaker/mic in 2019. The thing was a workhorse. It never had issues, it just worked. Unfortunately, during an update a few months ago, it died on me. So I decided to try this one as an upgrade (bluetooth on this one, my previous only had a wired connection). After a few months, this one is just as good as my last. It took a little bit to set up correctly as my PC didn't want to recognize it (though, that very well may have been an issue with my computer). But since then, it has been flawless. Again, IT JUST WORKS. No having to figure things out. No having to worry about whether it will connect. I just works all the time. If this one lasts 6 years like the last, I'll have zero compaints.

Awesome tool for my elderly mother to use for long phone calls with family and friends. Once I connected it via Bluetooth to her phone, it links up automatically and only button she has to push is the on/off button. 👍👍👍

Excellent audio quality on both the speaker and microphone

I bought this speakerphone to help streamline my work from home days. We use Teams a lot and it’s always a 10min ordeal to get everyone to have the right speaker and mic set up. After upgrading our security this thing is a paperweight. Evidently the drivers require internet access and a bunch of permissions to function while WIRED. It might be fine as a Bluetooth speaker but the call quality drops off and all the features that make this thing worth buying stop working (eg the teams button and mute).

Speaker volume and mic sensitivity is good enough for a small conference room. The MS Team buttom is useless because this is intended for Zoom. Wish it could be reconfigured for that.
