It was easy set up and installation. The instructions were very clear. I took the existing lock off the door, it was a traditional doorknob and it fit perfectly without any adjustment. The app was easy to download and use... then I went ahead and set up the fobs. The set up was almost instant. The lock has a nice look and finish to it. The color I chose matched perfect with my door. The lock can also be opened by simply using your phone if you misplace your fob or forget your pin access code. Don't ever worry about losing your key again. The fingerprint wokes very well. A good buy!

Simple to install and works great! Small things of note: the fingerprint sensor sometimes struggles, probably because of the angle of people pressing their fingers. Also, to get the keypad working you must first press any key for a second to activate it. Then just be patient and slowly press each individual number before hitting the checkmark. The response for each key number is not instant. But once you get the hang of it, the device works perfectly!

Great product and great customer service. I bought this lock for my front door, for some reason it stopped working at its supposed. Send an email to receive assistance with the company. Long story short, they help me to exchanged for a new one. Definitely recommend this lock for the convenience and for the great customer service.

EDIT: company reached out and replaced the knob. While i still have the problem of cutting the knob out of the door at least we got a replacement item.first review:Great to start, installed and worked for 8 months and then the internal mechanism disengaged from the handle.It was functioning with fingerprint and passcode, we could hear the lock release, but the insert and handle were disconnected somehow. When we went to turn nothing engaged the latch in the door.We tried to remove the knob, but since the internal mechanism somehow disconnected from the shaft, we could only hear clicking when trying to turn the knob. We took the face plate off to try to get inside, but screws were jammed and we couldn't remove it without cutting the lever off then the knob system off of the door, luckily it was a metal doorframe so we didn’t need to buy a new door.Unfortunately I do not recommend

it was easy to install read the manual doesnt really tell you how to do the finger so you have to tap your finger 5 times dont hold your finger that was the only problem fobs worked great keys worked the phone works but a pain since you have to open the app to use your phone but for the price its great

Its nice. I like it. Its affordable and style and works perfectly. My 14 years old son set it up very easily.

My neighbor bought one of these and they really like it so I went and bought one for my back gate. It works really well and I really like it. It works and opens with a fingerprint or a code and is supposed to work with a key, but I can't get it the key to open it. The instructions to install the lock set is kind of confusing and to me, they don't explain the installation and set up very well. Maybe I did something wrong and that's why the key doesn't work. Also, the fingerprint works well when my wife uses her finger, but it very rarely works with my finger no matter how I place it on the pad. So I use it with the code and it works great for me that way. Since my set is on a gate and outside to the weather and there are seals where the set comes apart to protect the inside from water intrusion, I still sealed the set all around with silicone sealant just to be sure that water does not get inside. We've had it quite awhile now through summer and winter and it still works.
