Crepes are beautiful. Even more so when you have the perfect pan. It may seem trivial to those who only do omelets or not even pancakes, however, I know I found the perfect pan. Alton of a certain TV show cautions about unitaskers, however, it's true this could be classified as such. It's really not.It does allow me to cook my crepes better. Rather it makes it easier to cook them to perfection. Well my perfection anyway.I am really happy for my purchase because it's pretty in green (okay, that will obviously not be the reason it's great). I am happy for the value-added durability in cookware along with the versatility. Since I restarted my low-carbing keto-acting diet-- I mean lifestyle, this has been great for cooking many a variety of recipes along with my crepes such as Silver Dollar Pancakes from a great (published) gal from India.This is really a great crepe pan. If I had one thing for which I'd be delighted is if one color option would have been red. Green is going to be a great compliment with my kitchen and I have no regrets. However, a good friend of mine purchased the purple (that's how I discovered this crepe pan -- and she's not on TV, in case you're wondering -- ha ha!) I may be slightly jealous of the color she chose, but I love the green, almost chartreuse color contrast with my other kitchen items. Shh. Don't tell her.

Decided to pull the trigger on this crepe pan since I always used a pan with a higher edge, plus the reviews were good. Must say I am delighted with the pan and quality of it. Use it every weekend and keeping it solely for the crepe. The crepe solidifies very evenly and it is easy to flip with the low side edge. As with the other reviews, getting the sticker off provided an issue. So I put the pan on high fire (with the sticker on) for a minute or so. This significantly reduces the hold of the glue (sticker only slightly burns) and can just be wiped off with a paper tower. Et voila, pan is great, sticker is gone.

I have an induction stove, so I need to know the diameter of the bottom part that contacts the cooktop. There’s some info in the Q&A that led me to believe this would work for my cooktop. Here’s the actual measurements in case anyone needs to know, hope this is useful to someone.. The inner cooking surface bottom is 8 1/4” across. The inner diameter of the top rim is 9 3/4” across. The bottom side of the pan is a little tricky.. the flat bottom is 7.5”, however there is a plate with holes attached to it and is only 7” so if you need to know what is the diameter that touches your cooktop, it’s 7”. The bottom however is quite concave, and I need it to be flat. Overall this is a lovely pan and is a great deal for the price if it works for you. Happy cooking! :)

I got this pan specifically for making crepes. I have one crepe pan already but I wanted to be able to use 2 at the same time to speed up the process when making them for breakfast. I wanted to purchase the same one I already have but it's old and I couldn't find a matching one so I tried to find one that was the most similar and actually a bit bigger. I came across this pan and thought I'd give it a try, the nice green color was just an added bonus! The pan works great for crepes! If I needed another, I would definitely get this one again.

Bought two of these for my wife. She. Loves. Them.We couldnt get "right" crepes using the bamboo paddles, but shes had an easy enough time turning the pot around.Ive found them easy to clean, as they dont get super dirty from crepes.Very pleased.

i like it! its a nice pan; the color is cute, it washes well, ive used it multiple times for crepes and also eggs and it works great. its a good size for nice big crepes! i like using this pan rather than the ones i had before, because the sides are shorter so its easier to flip the crepes. i imagine itd be ok for making pancakes too? ive made sunny side eggs in it that came out well. just remember to wash it when you first get it to be safe, but otherwise a great product :-)

What a difference having the right pan makes. I usually mess up the first crepe, but it's not a problem with this pan. The first one is as good as the last. The heat is evenly distributed so the crepe comes out perfect and just slides out. I recommend this pan. It's a tad heavier than i expected, but it may be my arthritic hands. Can't beat the price.

Needed just a simple pan for camping and thought this would do the job but this far exceeded my expectations! This pan is nicer than any other pan I’ve bought for more money. Great non-stick on it and super thin pan which makes it easy to store.
