I moved from working from home to a busy co-working space attached to a cafe, sharing a desk with two other people. I’m on calls all day, so I needed a headset that keeps my voice clear for others while blocking out background noise. I tried a few different headsets online before settling on these, and after using these daily for six months, I can honestly say they’ve been great. Pros: Comfort: I can wear these 6–8 hours without discomfort. The ear cushions are soft and don’t get warm. Call quality & noise cancellation: The 3-mic setup isolates my voice really well. Colleagues on video calls almost never hear background noise, even with a busy cafe nearby or being on a desk with others. Occasionally, it may pick up something, especially at the very start of the call but its not common. Compatibility & usability: I use Teams, Google Meets, Slack, etc., and never have any issues. The mic auto-mutes/unmutes when raised or lowered, which is a handy little feature. Audio: I can hear people clearly on calls. If both people on my shared desk are also on calls, I occasionally need to turn the volume up to full, but it’s fine. Music sounds pretty good too not like headsets built for music but decent enough for focusing or having the radio on. Build & durability: They feel sturdy. I often just pack them in my backpack as-is, and they hold up perfectly. Cons: They’re wired, so the cable can sometimes get in the way when typing or moving around, but it’s a very minor inconvenience. The busy red light feature doesn’t feel very useful in practice, though it doesn’t affect performance at all. Overall: Look, from what I’ve seen there are probably headsets out there with 100% perfect performance every time but they’re very expensive. For the price point, these work in about 95% of cases I’ve come across in a fairly busy environment. Comfortable, solid build, excellent noise isolation, and they get the job done day in, day out - really good value for what you pay.

Much louder mic than some of the cheaper options. Only wish the mic was 180 swivel. Used to a mic on the left.

The text of the product title should be altered to noise isolating rather than cancelling - misleading at best. Currently considering whether to return on that basis. Product seems well made - definitely advise going to Jabra and downloading the manual. Update - I did return (easy as usual with A) and bought the Evolve 2 50. Easy set up, DOES have active noise cancellation and am very happy with the results. Solid and well made product for not much more cost. Would recommend either but horses for courses re the ANC.
