Good way to get more soluble fibre!
The bar with the highest fibre content I could find and helps with my digestion a lot. And nearly additive free compared to others on the market. All flavours are ok though I’m not too keen on the raspberry and apple one.

The bars come in a variety of flavours and are convenient for a quick snack however I found that they were much too sweet for my taste and are very high in sugar. Probably average price for the product compared to other options.

A bar missing
Love the bars, delicious, and a great way to get fibre in your diet with a healthy snack! I was disappointed that I was a blue bar missing from my delivery, I ordered the 35 pack and only received 34 and the boxes looked absolutely battered on delivery.
