Does the job
To give you an idea of size, this is laying across a 17” laptop so it’s quite a good length to start with. The resistance is acceptable and because the band is quite wide, it doesn’t feel like it’s going to stress or break during use. Colour wasn’t really a factor but at least it’s not luminous green or similar! A good price for a nice quality resistance band.

Nothing in the description of this item suggests whom it's most suited for. It would suit the young and fit and perhaps older men. It's far too strong for a senior woman.
