Good connection.
Used to connect my smart TV to my hifi system to play the sound through. Had to tweak my tv settings as shown in the manual, but working fine and pleased with the quality.

Great device and excellent value for money
Great device and excellent value for money. Having had to replace my Sony Bravia TV with a newer model I needed an optical connection for my Hi-Fi and the Autoutlet provided the perfect solution. Easy to fit and once I had tweaked the settings on my TV it worked perfectly, highly recommended

Ease of use and connection.
Works,just as advertised. I didn't think cables of this configuration existed. I looked more in hope than expectation. Bought to connect aTV with only a USB connection to a stereo amp with a Toslink connection. Brilliant.

Der Konverter erfüllt genau das, was er verspricht. Meine alte 5.1 Anlage ließ sich problemlos mit dem neuen TV verbinden und funktioniert jetzt wieder einwandfrei. Die Montage war sehr einfach: anschließen, einschalten, fertig. Keine komplizierten Einstellungen notwendig. Tonqualität ist klar und ohne Störgeräusche. Perfekte Lösung, um ältere Soundanlagen weiter nutzen zu können. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

So I have an older Philips home theater system from 2007, that still works great. Don't want to upgrade. However, I got a new TV, and still wanted to use the old theater setup. I really didn't think this product was going to work, I had thought I was going to have to try another 10 different things in order to get it to work with the new TV. But ! This was the most simple plug and play setup you can buy! As soon as I plugged everything in, all I had to do was switch the output on the TV settings, and that was it! Simple simple simple. Definitely worth the money.
