Elastic Nylon Bands Compatible with Garmin Vivosmart 5 tracker Replacement Bands with Case

I lost my last tracker because it didn't fit in the band housing well enough. The way this one is situated, plus his snug it is, I'm not concerned about losing this one.I just wish there was a prettier shade of green or a multi-colored band. The pink is ok, but it shows dirty quickly. I don't really like the other color options.

It looks good but was very uncomfortable on my wrist. The plastic that holds the garmin dug into my skin. If you have a bigger wrist it should be ok.

Pros: The original silicone band was very uncomfortable -- my wrist always felt wet, and the silicone would stick to my wrist. Yuck. This fabric band is an improvement over the silicone band. This band feels more like fabric -- dries quickly and is soft. Doesn't stick to my skin.Cons: The hard plastic housing that the watch face clips into is big. It covers my whole wrist. Altho the original silicone band was uncomfortable against my skin, it was nice and small. This fabric band is comfortable against my skin, but its hard plastic housing for the watch face is big on my wrist.

The peice that holds the garmin is hard plastic, not silicone. It's also big and bulky with sharpy edges that dig into your skin. Totally negates the purpose of having a more comfortable elastic strap.

Used to get rashes all the time with the stock silicon strap. This nylon band is way better, basically no more rashes now. It's very comfortable and you barely notice the bulkier-than-Garmin case for the screen.

I bought this band because it is light on my wrist but the pin that holds the elastic to the plastic face for the Garmin is too thin and flimsy. The first band I purchased lasted months before breaking and I didn't realize what had gone wrong when my watch fell off my wrist midway through a walk. I replaced the band and the new one fell apart day 2 of wearing it, literally just sitting at my desk.The pin that holds the thick elastic isn't string enough to stay in place.

So happy to have found a replacement for the band I was allergic to.

I'm relieved to finally have something that isn't silicone. The band is soft and adjustable with one hand. The plastic case is necessarily unweildy due to the garmin design, but it's suitably protective and the fob snaps nicely into place. It's particularly great for exercise and sleeping. I just wish there were a few more colors but the basics work well with most outfits.
