Sturdy case and has saved my phone several times when dropped. You know it is good piece of equipment when your phone survives falling off of your vehicle and hits the paved asphalt. I did not realize phone had been left on the outside of vehicle and I drove off with it like that. Someone found the phone and returned it to me. The little piece of hard plastic that highlights the case did get chipped as did a little section of plastic on the bottom, but my phone received NO harm which is amazing!!! Typing this review on said phone. I did reorder another pad to replace the one that got messed up when it fell onto the highway. Thrilled that they still make the same case. I stand by this case 100% and recommend it. Well worth the price you pay for it. If ever a need for another case, I will stick with Otterbox. It truly works at protecting your phone. When I took my phone out of the case that had gotten damaged, I did note that the backside of my phone was scratched due to some dirt or something getting between the case and phone. Not sure how or if the case could be fixed to keep this from happening, but the new case covers the scratches and did an excellant job of protecting my phone!!! Also, when I was changing out the case, I noted that if I wanted to change the colors of the cases a bit, I could still use the pink soft rubber outside of the old phone case with the new inner hard plastic piece of the new case. The new case is greenish shade. LOL

Great case. This is my second case and I dropped the first one more times than I can count before I finally cracked the heck out of it. Kept my phone safe and free from damage until the case lost an edge. I figured it would be fine until I dropped my phone and the screen got chipped right where the case was damaged. Fits my s23 ultra perfectly and would definitely recommend

This case is excellent!! I drive a forklift at work, my phone has fallen off while driving at least 30 times, I ran over it twice!! Tread marks on the case. Every time it falls it lands face down on the smooth concrete. Not a scratch on the phone!! This case is the only thing I use. No extra anything. Tonight was the 2nd time I ran it over the case cracked but saved my phone! I'm buying another one just to be sure it has the full protection this case provides! Always have that feeling when I put it up its going to be cracked. You know the feeling!! With this case you will also know the feeling of relief when your phone is un-harmed!

Comfortable to hold and plenty durable. It's not too thick so it's easy to hold, and it has a plenty sleek appearance. It's a little bit of a puzzle to get it onto the phone properly, but otherwise it's a great product that does a great job at protecting the phone.

Fits perfect and well made.

This case is a replacement for my last- exactly the same- one for my Galaxy s23 Ultra. The first case lasted 22 months. The small flap that protects the charging port tore off fairly quickly (within the first six months) because it's just a piece of silicone that gets folded back and forth every you charge. The bottom of the plastic frame cracked a few months ago and finally fell off last week. I discovered (by dropping it) that the phone pops right out when dropped, so I needed a replacement. Overall, I'm really satisfied with this case. It fits well and is sturdy and dependable. My phone goes with me everywhere- hiking, kayaking, running, being dropped on concrete, hardwood, asphalt, being played with (and sometimes thrown) by toddlers, you name it. Otterbox cases have done an excellent job protecting my phones, and it's even more important to have a good case now that most phones have glass backs and curbed glass on the front. The case doesn't come with instructions, so I'm including some photos of it disassembled. The case has three pieces- a silicone outer sleeve and a plastic frame inside. The hard plastic frame is two pieces that must be snapped apart before you put the phone in.
