Definitely comes very handy to have such a piece like that around the house, especially during the potty training period. Besides the vacuum cleaner, it depends on what type of washing product it's being used. I found it very useful. The Karcher SE 3-18 arrived just in time. on the same day, I spilt a coffee in the car🙈 Apparently, the charging time is around 4 hours and can be used for 20 minutes ish. I found it difficult to change the nozzles. The carpets remain quiet wet.

Karcher make such great products I was a little disappointed to find that this while pretty decent has a couple of glaring flaws. I've tested this on an old sofa that really needed a bit of a clean, the carpet and some stairs. I would have done a lot more but the biggest problem with this is the battery life. You just don't get nearly long enough to get anything done properly. The battery that comes with it takes about 5 hours exactly to charge for just 16 minutes of work. I do believe it's possible to buy extra but at the cost you're paying originally I'd expect a lot more. It comes with one packet of 100ml cleaner as well, which is good for a single use. On the sofa, I just about managed to get 5 of the 6 cushions done but even then I felt rushed and didn't have as long as I would have liked with each. I will say, we did get quite a bit of dirty water from it, which is exactly what you'd want showing that it works. However, I still feel that those same cushions will need one possibly even two more goes over, with that said, it's an old sofa so I can't put all the blame on the machine here. When it comes to the carpet, it was easy to use and did a fairly decent job but again, not as good as I'd have liked and I feel once again that comes down to the time constraints due to the battery. Now for the stairs, it did a great job here, I know this because I could only get half the staircase done and standing at the top I can see a big difference between them. Now just to wait 5 hours for a recharge and I can get the others done. It's hard to know truly what to think, the machine is very lightweight but has no hard tube so you do need to do a lot of bending over or on your knees but it's easy to move around. It's mostly made of some sort of plastic I believe. It's also very simple to use with a single on/off switch and a button to squirt the water otherwise it just vacuums it up. You get quite a lot of dirty water but I do think the suction could also be stronger. For around £240 I'm really sad to say I expected more, especially from Karcher who are usually excellent. It does the job but with such a short battery life it's hard to finish the job in one go. Of course, there's nothing stopping you from getting a bigger battery or an extra and in that case, I'd say it's probably a lot more useful, but for this price I'd have hoped that would already be included.

I was really happy to order this device. I know this famous brand and my relatives have some of this brand. Now I feel quite dissapointed after using it for few weeks... the biggest problem for me is battery life, really - charging for almost 4 hours and working time is only 20 minutes. I thought it was a problem with battery, but as I see from other comments same problem for other users too. I was trying to clean my sofa and few carpets. Igot 100ml cleaner in the box and it was enough for 1 time. First I was using my sofa - it was quite comfortable to use the mashine, because it is not heavy and easy to move. I really can see a big difference after and a lot of dirt in the water. When was clraning a carpet it was quite complicated, because you can not stand and do the job, the mashine doesnt have the long hard tube like usually cleaning mashine has. So I have to stay on my knee when cleaning the carpet and it was really uncomfortable. But again after finish the work - can see big difference. So 20 minutes for 1 sofa and 1 big carpet in the living room. Then I had to charge it again to clean carpets in other rooms. So overall device is great if we talk about results. It really does excellent cleaning, but you can not make cleaning in the whole house for sure in 1 time, 20 minutes is not enough. Also it is not so handy to use for carpets, as you have to stay on your knee to make a good cleaning. Yes I still recommend it as a good quality cleaning device, but if we talk about comfort to use - I am not happy at all.

Karcher compact vacuum, looks like it could be a great product. However the one I received has an issue with spray device and does not spray any water out from new. Battery charging time is 260mins, the charger is very slow for the 15 mins run time, however the battery gives a lot of data like how long left it has to run. The unit it self it light weight and designed well with places to clip on attachments, to make for easy storage and travel. The water vacuum side is good and has a power suction for quick water clean up. Would be nice if they had a spray, brush and vac attachment with it but looks like you can buy one as an extra. This idea would be ideal for quick spill clean up or a car freshen up, however you mush be well prepared with the battery as 15mins will soon go by. I contacted customer service reference the item coming defective, however my only choice would be to return the product, as you cannot make contact to Karcher through Amazon. I did however get on the Karcher support quickly and easily even if they could not solve my issues. Overall if you get a working vacuum, the battery is only good for quick clean, however is a very portable device.

This Karcher cordless vacuum is small and relatively lightweight, making it portable and easy to take out to hoover the car. It comes with a rechargeable battery included, so you've got everything you need to get going and I find it has a good amount of power to pickup smaller bits as well as larger crumbs and dirt. It also has an integrated spray hose too, which comes in handy to get rid of deep set dirt, whether in the car or around the house. All in all, it's a good, portable vacuum cleaner which is also multi-purpose, but a bit on the expensive side at £239.99, which was the price at time of writing.
