This is an amazing product. 1. It's retrofit to existing electrical boards 2. Installation guide is simple 3. Did it myself, just had some prior info of the wirings. 4. And now I can operate my switches without have to reach them. At first it didn't worked device was not getting scanned to connect. Support team connected and troubleshoot may be internet issue. After sometime it connected. The team kept following to troubleshoot and resolve all the way...nice gesture team keep it up.

After using 4 months didn't face any issues on this Smart Switch. Automation Switch Functionality ok. Good Quality. Good Customer Support.

WORST PRODUCT EVER! Do Not Buy Unless You Want Endless Pain and Misery Buying this device was the biggest mistake trusting the reviews some of them seems fake. It’s not just bad—it’s catastrophic. Here’s how this nightmare unfolded: Flimsy Build Quality: The regulator feels like it was made from leftover scrap material. The wires connecting the physical switch to the device are so fragile they might snap if you breathe near them. I doubt this thing was built to last even two weeks, and guess what? It didn’t! Fan Speed is a Disaster: The speed levels are a complete mess. Level 4 runs slower than 2 and 3, making me question if they even tested this thing before dumping it on unsuspecting customers. Oh, and don’t forget the annoying humming sound at certain speeds, which was never an issue before using this piece of junk. Constant Tic-Tic Noise: Every time the relay switches, there’s a loud tic-tic sound that could drive a sane person crazy. A solid-state relay would’ve been quieter, but I guess cost-cutting was more important than making a usable product. Edit 1: After two weeks, the device completely stopped responding to the physical switch. I had to change my rating from 4 stars to 1. It became clear this wasn’t a faulty unit—it’s just a poorly engineered, unreliable product. According to their support person all my switches have gone bad and making device behave randomly. Edit 2: Things spiraled into madness. The fan, lights started turning on and off randomly, and sometimes they don't respond to the physical switch and the device reset itself repeatedly. This isn’t just a defective product; it’s unpredictable and borderline dangerous. Then came the worst part: dealing with their customer support. I spent countless hours in endless chats, providing videos and images as proof of how their device failed miserably. Did they care? Not one bit. Their response? They blamed everything else except their product and refused to help. Instead, they arrogantly insisted I send the device to their Hyderabad office at my own cost! It’s clear now that this product isn’t meant for real customers—it’s a prototype disguised as a finished product, and they’re expecting us to test it at our expense. My money, time, and effort were completely wasted on this pathetic excuse for a device. In short: Avoid this product like the plague. Don’t fall for this trap. Stick with reliable, established brands unless you enjoy frustration, wasted money, and endless chats with rude customer service reps who couldn’t care less.

The AZIOT 3+1 Fan Smart Switch has been excellent. It efficiently combines three lighting circuits with a dedicated, controllable fan speed regulator, simplifying wiring complexity. Personally, I have used to add smart features for my living room which has a functional older model fan. The internal regulator unit given in Aziot box has to be installed inside the existing regulator (replacing it) to get the speed controls in the old fan. Full functionality is managed via the SmartLife app that can be connected to Google Home App. The voice commands through Google Home for fan speed adjustments has been highly responsive so far!

The product is good but the app operational feedback is very slow and the switches in the app have to be tapped many times.
