This stuff has saved my hair! I recently had a lot of hair loss due to an extremely stressful year. I thought I was going bald! I went to the dermatologist they confirmed it was stress hair loss and recommended trying biotin. After researching many other brands, this one stood out for the minimal ingredients and the safety. I love that it isn’t a huge list of ingredients and added vitamins since I already take a multivitamin. I have had no gastrointestinal side effects, which is surprising, since I tend to have a sensitive stomach. I have been taking this stuff for about six months now. My hair loss is minimal now and I no longer mourn every shed piece of hair in the shower. I have noticeable baby hairs coming in and my scalp shows less. My nails and skin have also improved in health and brightness. The lemon taste is good but does have a bit of an unpleasant smell that you have to ignore. Highly recommend.

They don’t have a bad taste, they have a lemon taste. I have been on pospartum for a month now and I’ve seen results with my hair, nails, skin and hormones. Even my digestive system has gotten better. Definitely I do recommend these

Tastes alright - not my fav flavor, but it’s nice and sweet! Easy to chew.Haven’t been taking them for too long so I can’t say how effective it is for my nails and skin just yet but I think it will work well based on these other reviews.

I've actually never had a baby, but my hair was thinning. This has the highest biotin and collagen for the serving and the price. I've been using it for about a year and I only shed a normal amount of hair now.

I started taking these at 5 to 5 1/2 months PP. I did notice my nails and hair growing faster, hair was thicker. As for the tummy, I wasn't expecting anything drastic like a flat tummy again but I had at least though maybe the bloating would recede. Unfortunately not the case. Tasty and a good way to add some extra self care to your mommy morning routine. Would recommend but don't have high expectations from just a gummy alone.

I'm convinced these gummy are what made me bounce back so fast after my c section, not really body wise but I felt like that could have been worse, but physically being able to do things. Lemon flavor is a plus😍

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was 3 months post partum when I first bought these vitamins. I was looking for something to help with my hair loss and I am so glad I found them!! I'm 4 months post partum now and I can see baby hairs growing! The taste is good and they're soft and chewy. I definitely recommend! I have a bottle in my cart now to re-order.
