Nothing reflects the Amazon service and like I say, I love the style, I decide to ware them out of the carpeted house and by the time we came home from church they were slipping off my feet??? Like I say, I ware them once can they be exchanged? Thank you.

Love the shoes. They are comfortable and look great. Had to return my normal size for a 1/2 size smaller because they were too big. Even the next 1/2 size down was not fitting, So I would recommend purchasing a whole size down. Otherwise great shoe.

My normal size is 9 and I own a pair similar to these already by Giorgio Brutini in a 9, which fit well. Seems I need 8.5 in this particular style and I would have reordered them, but they were not available.

Brutes... These shoes are AWESOME! So comfortable and they last a long time. The soles are soft and flexible, not hard leather. Very good looking and easy to touch-up with some shoe polish - my go-to work shoe.

My standard classic classy casual loafer. This purchase is an exact replacement of what I have had for years. This new pair is a little stiff at first but that is to be expected. A classy look, with a classic tassel style and all leather (including sole) which is what I wanted. The go-to shoe for when you want to be have a business casual look, dressy enough for church, dinner parties, and date night.

Update: On the fix... The fix worked great on the Black shoe. If you try it on the brown shoe use very little oil as this will change the color of the leather if you use too much.These are great looking shoes! However, I've run into problems on 2 pair and I have a fix for you. The leather on the shoes is a little stiff, the leather on the Kilt is REALLY STIFF. This can be a good thing if you want the kilt to remain in place and not roll up I suppose. However, the Kilt on the 3 pair I've had are way too stiff and rough.On the first pair I had (Black) the kilt was so stiff that it caught on the weave of the toe piece and there was a loud click when I walked (just one shoe). I tried bending it up a bit, but it kept on catching, so I sent them back. The reviews all said these run large, I'm normally between an 11.5 and a 12, so I bought the 11.5. These were just a bit tight, they probably would have been fine after breaking in, but I thought maybe the tight fit had something to do with the kilt catching the weave so I got the replacement in a 12. These were also the cordovan color. The new ones didn't catch on the weave, so I was happy. However, after wearing them 3 times the color was being rubbed off the top of the shoe by the kilt! So I returned those.The Fix: If you want these plan to do a little leather softening. I used coconut oil and a hair dryer to soften up the kilt on a pair of Black ones that I bought. You just warm up the leather with the hair drier ( I also warmed the coconut oil a bit, it melts at 76 degrees) and rubbed it into the bottom of the kilt. Maybe took about 10 minutes. They say you can use alcohol and Vaseline as well but I eat coconut oil every day so it was handy and it worked great. I also did a coat of polish before and a touch up after the softening process.One last piece of advice, these are a bit large. I think I would have been fine with the 11.5, the 12 is a little big, they seemed to stretch just a bit after day one. I would say they are about 1/2 size large.

I have been wearing these types of shoes for years now and love them. These that I just received were on the larger side. I will still wear these though...usually i would be giving thie item a 5 star rating but this i the first time in about 5 years I have had this issue. It is probably just a one time thing.
