Makes the best burgers and steaks!
I love having this on hand to grill a steak on my stovetop. The key is proper care and making sure to heat to dry and lightly apply oil before storing. I put back in the box and store until next use. I’m happy with my cast iron griddle!

I really wanted this
It was just the size I wanted & the protective handles were a great idea. But a few drops of water splattered on it while sitting next to the sink to be washed before initial use. They quickly caused rust spots despite being factory pre-seasoned. Naturally it weighs a lot.
