Good product and was purchased preceeding a neck surgery. There are 2 separate sides, 1 I used to cradle the head while sleeping on your back, the other side is for side sleepers, this side also cradles the head and has an area to rest the arm. Very comfortable and the removable cover is washable. Using a pillowcase is also recommended for additional cleanliness. A very good pillow after over a years use should last a long time.

Side sleeper here, been having a stiff neck for a while every morning, my old pillow was past its prime, and I just could not get comfortable no matter what I did. So I tried this pillow and it is great! My neck isn't stiff, it was easy to fall and stay asleep, and my regular pillowcase fit on it just fine. I let it air out per the instructions, but there was very little odor when I first opened it and none at all after a couple of days. I have issues with some materials, so this is notable. Well made, excellent support, and I would buy it again, great value.

I have been suffering with severe neck pain for the past 3ish months. I couldn’t turn my head to the left for a solid month. I finally got this pillow when I couldn’t turn my head left or right. I figured I’d try one last thing before I started making doctors appointments. I’m so glad I did! The first night I was able to get comfortable right away, and I had a great nights sleep. The next day my neck already felt so much better. It took about a week and a half and I finally have absolutely zero neck pain! I’m a stomach sleeper and I have issues with things touching my neck when I sleep so I thought that this was going to bother me but I was so surprised that I’m comfortable in every sleeping position. I do find I am mostly sleeping on my side now because the way this pillow cradles your head and neck is amazing when you’re on your side. The pillow had almost no smell when I first opened it, which I was worried about because I am very sensitive to smell. Overall this is the best pillow I’ve ever had.

It was too high for me and, unlike identical ones or copies for a little over $30 on Temu, there is no way to remove a layer to adjust the height. Also, no fitted pillow casies? It's not that nice next to your face. Mine has gone to the bin.

Esta almohada me ha disminuido mucho el dolor de cuello e incluso de espalda. Siento que respiro mejor cuando estoy dormida. Hay que darle tiempo para que la almohada se adapte a tu cuerpo y también que tu cuerpo se ajuste a la almohada.
