This is the best boxing bag for beginner boxers. It’s super easy to put together and and easy to move which is good since you have to add sand or water to the bottom. After you’ve added the water or sand it works like a charm. Even when I hit the boxing bag as hard as I can it still stays standing. Can’t wait to keep using it and hoping it will help my arms get in shape. My son who is 11 also loves it and uses it to work out his arms.

I was a little skeptical at first because it's just water and air. I was thinking for the price this will fall apart immediately. I WAS WRONG! This is legit trust me. When you fill it up with water and air, the base is not moving. I was punching and kicking real hard and nothing. It's perfect for what you need. BUY IT NOW!

This workout kick. Icing bag was easy to inflate and fill with water or sand. The top part of it could be a little firmer, it moves a little too much when you hi or kick it, otherwise it is a pretty Inexpensive workout bag.

It has the advantage of being just plain fun, as well as being an effective way to channel aggressions and pent-up energy, while learning some valuable skills.The punching bag is adult sized, but since it's filled with air, anybody can take a swing at it, and most people can't pass by it WITHOUT taking a swing at it. We got it for fun, and that's exactly what it is. It isn't all that much different from the bobo punching bags you had as a kid, that come right back at you when you knock them down. Of course this is a lot more durable and stable; it can take an adult-sized punch.I think the price on this is fair, but the biggest dilemma you're going to have is where to put it. Once you set it up, you aren't going to want to relocate it. We set it up on our patio. You have two choices for weighting it down. You either fill the attached rubber base with sand or water. Once you fill the bottom, it weighs a LOT. Even though water is lighter than sand, it is plenty heavy. Trying to drain part of the water to make it lighter, makes it unstable and awkward to move because it kind of flops around. The advantage of sand is that you don't have to occasionally top it off. I worry that trying to relocate it, by dragging it, once the bottom is weighted, could damage it and ruin it for good.It appears to be made of a high-quality rubber. I imagine at some point the elements could take a toll on it and weaken the rubber, if it is set up outside, without any kind of covering. By the same token it's not so expensive that, if you were enjoying it, you couldn’t replace it, if it deteriorated after a few years in the sun. If you want it outside, the other alternative is to put it under a covered patio. It would also be a great addition to any kind of home gym.When it's set up you’ll find people automatically gravitate towards it. Everyone wants to give it a punch.This is a fun affordable object that works as a plaything and can also be used for working out and enhancing fighting skills.Being able to throw a punch, in defense of yourself or others, is an invaluable skill that can make anyone more confident. Learning how to appropriately channel aggression is another valuable life skill this bag can help you to achieve. I think this has a lot to offer at a good price. I think it's something in entire family would enjoy and find beneficial.

The base has 2 inlets. One for air and one for water or sand. I filled it with water and it took a surprising amount of time and water to fill it. Once you do, it's heavy and pretty stabile.The second and top levels take air, and you'll need a good pump with the right nozzle to fill them up completely. If you don't, it's pretty floppy and not very effective.Once you get it properly filled it works pretty well. Not like a heavy bag, but good enough for practicing your punching and kicking techniques.I don't know if or how well it would hold up against a big MMA pounding, but for me it's a nice bag to have around.And you probably won't want to fill it with water if it's in your house just in case it springs a leak. This will give you a great workout. I was very pleasantly surprised by how durable it is. Great for practicing kicking and punching at home. Not as heavy duty as the equipment at the gym of course, but really great for a portable one at home!
