Great product!!!! Used for a shoulder injury.

This will not go all the way around your shoulder like in the picture. However, if you’re laying down the ice, your neck and your back they were great. I also use them after stomach surgery and they cover the entire area which was nice.

Physical Therapy trained practitioner here ... These are almost great cold packs. They hold the cool for quite some time. The two sides of the cold pack are a nice touch especially since CP's tend to lose their cool under hot conditions. The ONLY negative I can give is that when they are cold, they are borderline cardboard like. They do not like to shape/mold to the area you are treating. For the back, that's fine. or maybe for the thigh ... but for the neck, it's a little difficult to mold it around the area. Like I said, close but not perfect.

I ordered this after reading reviews and thought it would be ideal to ice my neck and shoulder area. Not so much. When the gel is frozen they are quiet stiff and as they begin to thaw they leak water. You will need to use towels with this product. I have a different brand of a large square gel ice packs that do not do this. Since this is intended for the neck area it is very difficult to have a towel wrapped around it and for it touch the area needing to be iced. It does not conform to the neck and shoulders until thawed a good bit and even then it is not comfortable. I would recommend looking further into the reviews.

The felt backing makes it very nice. The problem I have is that the area I need it for on my upper neck is a little stiff. But it should be expected because it is frozen. My neck is just very tender. It is a little shorter than I expected. I do use it daily. I just have to have a large towel wrapped around my neck so it comes around.

Love these ice packs. I mostly use them for my neck and shoulders but can be used to wrap around an arm or leg. Really can be used for most any areas needing a quick icing. Very easy to store and clean.

If you like to work out and you also need to sit for long hours at work, this product can help you a lot on releasing shoulder and neck tension. The inner face is soft and you do not need to worry about it too cold to put on your skin, not like other regular ice packs. Everyday I use it for about 15-20 minutes and it reduces my shoulder soreness and pain behind the neck, which allows me to have good quality of sleep :)

Just had a large anterior neck surgery and these ice packs are perfect!
