Good for baking, especially bread.
My friend who’s a professional baker recommended using this milk powder in baking to give bread more of milk and creamy flavor. I haven’t use it in a large amount yet. But the bread that I add this powder to do come out with nice milky flavor. Will recommend it to anyone who bakes. Just a little pricy but is worth it.
