Ordered Grey, Received Charcoal Bathrobe – Poor Quality and Bad Packing
I ordered a grey bathrobe, but received a charcoal-colored one instead. On top of that, the fabric quality is not as expected – it's quite disappointing and feels subpar. The packing was also very poor, with the robe arriving crumpled and unprotected. Overall, I am not satisfied with this purchase and would not recommend it.
