Don't like it. You have to shake it real hard to get anything out... It seems it is dry. Don't recommend

Not enough eyeliner for one eye
One brush stroke does not have enough liquid on it to finish lining one eye and there is no way to add more.

The blue Hi-Energy I received was completely empty with no liquid in it at all. The black and bourbon were fine. They glide on easily, dry quickly, you can get a nice superfine line and I found them pretty smudgeproof, although not waterproof. I didn't realise you only get 0.4ml of liquid so very expensive for what you get and won't last long. Considering the empty one at a price of £20 I wouldn't buy again.
