These sauces are quite flavorful. Both the original and the St. Augustine are quite mild compared to some common brands. This is a great hot sauce for making dipping sauces and the like as the heat is mild and not overwhelming for people who are not used to the big heat of other boutique brands.

This is a different twist on the usual Tabasco sauce. If you’re looking for something with just a different flavor and spice note, then Tabasco sauce or buffalo wing sauce, then I would say give this a try.
