My Waterdrop G3 stopped working at five years after replacing the RO. I reached out to customer service where Doreen was able to answer all my questions and provide a small discount on a new model. I thought that was very commendable, as my G3 was outside the warranty period.I researched all models and the X12 was the perfect choice. Upon installation and turning on the water supply, it started leaking. It then beeped continuously. I reached out to customer service and Doreen was able to send me a replacement right away!The replacement works perfectly and I’m super impressed with the quality of the unit, the quality and taste of the water, and its performance! I look forward to many years of use!My X12 is connected directly to the refrigerator, not the faucet. If you are connecting directly to a refrigerator, you will need a 3/8 to 1/4 reducer, which is not a big deal. I also recommend installing a filter bypass on your fridge, as the refrigerator filter will affect the pressure. The water pressure from the refrigerator is really good!In conclusion, Waterdrop is a great company that has excellent customer service and I could not be any happier with our new investment! Rest assured that Waterdrop will take care of its customers!

One of the best things we’ve added in terms of household items. The water tastes great and the convenience is life changing. The water flow rate on the X-12 is surprisingly fast. We don’t ever get impatient filling up our coffee maker reserve tank, pots, large pitchers, etc.It’s relatively silent. When dispensing water, I only hear the water. Afterwards (the timing varies), I can hear the under sink unit draining into the pipe, but it isn’t very noticeable. The sound of the water dripping into the sink drain is louder than the unit. The lower you place the unit’s drain tube on the sink pipe, the less drip noise you’ll hear. My wife and kids don’t even notice the noise.I’m not that handy and was able to install myself. The instructions are helpful and I found many videos online.I had questions on the faucet unit. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. Top notch support along with a quality product makes this an easy five stars.

My initial unit worked for about a month then started to leak. Contacted Customer Support and they (Harper) quickly sent a new one once we performed some basic troubleshooting. Water quality of the unit is much better then the fridge water. I've tested water quality for both and Waterdrop is hands down much better. Harper was very responsive, polite, and patient with all of our communication. I plan to purchase more units from Waterdrop in the near future, due to great product that is supported by a those who care!

I would like to start Thanking WaterDrop Manufacturing an Excellent system which looks sophisticated on CounterTop, Compact in nature and most importantly good water supply that tastes excellent. I used to have older system that came with water softener(Dupure) and it is good cannot say great since it is my first RO system and did NOT know the difference. After 5 years of paying a ton of money for filters and to replace them them additional fee for the technician, I finally gave up the thought of spending close to $500 to replace the filters as my water line(RO) is NOT giving me any water. Other weird thing is I need to fill in Air in the reserve tank every Winter, if not the water does NOT come out faster enough.What I think is great about this system X121: It has 2 Modes Energy saving which saves power for me as it runs on electricity, regular mode which I can use during a family gathering where lot of water need to be pumped in less time.2: The display shows what is your water impurities as the water flows out, it is usually for me 19 to 21 which is the best possible water you can drink.3: Compact design gets under the sink occupying less space.4: You can set the amount of water that should be dispensed every time, this is an amazing feature if you have kids and sometimes dont pay attention to turn off the water.5: Changing Filters is a breeze and dont need to pay the Technician $150. Also you need to schedule and stay home for the repair.6: Most importantly the Customer Service, they are amazing and I will NOT be able to say how much they helped in installing the system and questions I have to make the system up and running.In my case I have to involve a Plumber to replace the Old system with X12 as our old system has complex installation. But there a videos and manual that can be followed easily to setup the system. For now I am Happy I made the move and water tastes like water should.Caution: If used to drinking tap water initial days you can feel it is different and this is because your taste buds are used to a taste and anything different you may NOT like it and body takes time to adjust.I posted the review to help others who delay things like me and wasting money trying to keep the old system running and not sure which system to move to. In my case this is the Best decision, everybody has different budgets so pick a system based on your needs. Also Waterdrop occasionally has deals on the systems, so subscribe or visit their website to save some more money.

Overall pleased. Install was easy except the drilling into the granite part. No issue with fitment. I ran into a small problem with electrical. I only had 2 outlets under my sink. One for the diswasher and one for the garbage disposal. Didnt have a spare for the filter but since i hardly use the garbage disposal i have it unplugged for now. Keep that in mind if you plan on purchasing this filter. Would be nice if they offered this in chrome as well. Does not match my existing faucet so will need to replace it at some point. The filter head works good no issues.MY ONLY COMPLAINT: the water has a weird initial taste. Been using it for a few months now and it hasnt gone away. I have to run the water out of the line 1st before i fill up my glass everytime. Its initial taste is like an onion and B/O had a baby.

I purchased this for our house and the family loves it. We've always had a refrigerator with a filter, but this is so much better. The water tastes pure and the replacement of our first filter was easy. I was also able to do the installation myself. My parents also liked it so I purchased one for them.
