No complaints. It arrived quickly and works as it’s supposed to. It comes with the charger as well as 4 AA & 4 AAA batteries, so after charging, they were ready for use. I also found the price within reason.

Short life
Update: Customer service reached out to me after my previous review and offered to send new batteries or a full refund. I opted for replacement batteries to see if maybe the new ones work. Updating my rating because the customer service was great and is really valued.—-After a few months, these batteries do not hold a charge for long at all. Duracell batteries last about 9 months in my front door smart lock, these last only a few weeks at a time.
