This item is wonderful! I love the ease of being cordless and able to walk around and still use a heating pad. The belt is comfortable and adjustable to all waist sizes. I find the highest setting of heat is quite hot, so save that only when necessary. The middle heat setting is perfect for my needs. This is easily hidden under layers of clothes if you wish for privacy as well. I don't use the vibration settings often, but it does give off a humming noise that others will hear. I also appreciate there is a timer on the heat setting which will turn it off automatically after a certain time has passed. Overall the charge lasts a few hours before you need to plug it in again. I use this weekly and am very pleased!

I had to get a procedure done & was shopping around for heating pads & this one is by far the best, especially for the price. It gets really hot, which I like, but definitely don’t put it directly on skin. You can adjust the belt so it fits many different waist sizes. The instructions were very easy to follow & the product overall is extremely simple to use. It has a vibrating setting which at first I didn’t think would have any benefit, however it really dulls out the cramps when I put it on that setting. You can wear this to work, running errands or anywhere, it’s extremely convenient lightweight. AND it’s pink haha

1. The heating pad is comfortable to wear. It works like a little fanny pack and it is slim enough to fit under your clothes, and if you have other layers on top no one should notice. The heating pad is also very light weight, and the clip to take the pad off and on is very easy.2. The buttons for the heating vs the massage features are very easy to understand. There are only 3 settings for each and you can do the features together or alone.3. I really like that the heating pad is rechargeable and the cord to charge the pad is a standard USB, so if (like me) you have lots of random standard USB cables around, you can easily charge the pad.4. You should be warned that the product gets VERY HOT. On the package instructions the manufactures state that you should have a piece of material between your skin and the pad, and you should most definitely follow that advice. For me, I really appreciate how hot the pad gets, because I am in severe pain quite often and most heating pads do not get hot enough for me. But, when you do use it, use a thick piece of fabric between your skin and the pad, a thin piece of fabric will do nothing.5. I really like that I can do my daily tasks while wearing this and I do not feel weighed down or awkward. It makes me feel like I can have the relief I need and still maintain some of my normal life.6. The massage feature isn't a feature I really felt was essential to this product, but if you are someone that benefits from vibrations on your abdomen, then this will definitely do the trick. Keep in mind though, the massage setting is quite loud.7. The charge lasts about two hours, which for me really isn't long enough and so my main complaint is that I do not like how much I need to charge this product, but then again, I'm not sure what to expect from a product that heats from a USB charge. And hour-two hours is probably decent in the relative sense.

I have had this travel heat pad for a few months now and I would say all the comments are right. You will get two hours worth of heat, so I plan on purchasing another to interchange them. It does get hot, even hotter than my heat pad with a cord. I find the middle setting, 2, can get just as hot as the 3 setting and seems to flucuate. When it gets too hot I go down to 1, then back to 2 again because 1 is very weak. Accidentally hitting it off or hitting other settings is so easy to do, it happens all the time.It fits perfect around my left hip area, it countours really well to however you want to wear it. I get severe pain from Endometriosis tissue growing around my organs, and this heat pad makes it easier for me to work through pain all month long. It even helped me endure the climb to summit a mountain!

I wanted to love this product so much. The concept is wonderful. I have Pcos and endometriosis. A heating pad on my abdomen is a must for comfort during my time of the month. Unfortunately, the battery life is horrible. Lasts about 15-20 minutes before it starts to fade out and then die at about 35 minutes.

I absolutely love this! I consider this product an essential item. It gets really hot, the vibration levels are a nice add on. It is sleek and charges quickly. I highly recommend this product.

The product overall is great. The heat works great. I left it on low when in direct contact with my skin. Vibration settings are good - not too strong; but not weak. The pulsing options are a little weird, but that is user dependent. It automatically shuts off after 20mins. Two cons: it will not work while it is charging. This would be great b/c the battery only lasts 20mins x me. The other con is size. I wish it was a little wider. The length was good x me - covered from one side to the other; but the width is small. If they’d add @ least 2 inches. It would be perfect.

Was very happy to get this in. Only giving 4/5 stars because the massage feature makes it sound like a BlackBerry from the mid 2000s and is incredibly noisy.The heat, on the other hand, is nearly instantaneous and absolutely wonderful. I already know I'll be using this SO MUCH

Very loud massage feature

J’adorais l’appareil qui aidait à atténuer les douleurs et l’usage de médicaments mais la vibration ne fonctionne déjà plus après seulement quelques jours d’utilisation en 4 mois.

Its quite helpful for period cramps. Discrete enough to even wear at work, if you keep the vibrator off, cause that one make noise! But the heat is great!Battery is not long enough though and the vibrator is noisy unfortunately.
