Bit:Bot Fully Integrated BitBot Robot for the BBC Micro:Bit

Great little robot for learning robotics and geting the Micro:Bit to do more than just display things.. Free on-line tutorials available to help anyone wanting to learn how to program in MicroPython just google "Bit:Bot tutorials" and you will find them.

Quite a disappointment really - this is prone to causing the microbit to reset whenever an attempt is made to drive the wheels, the light detectors (the top analog ones not the line following sensors) give a max reading even in low light which makes them useless for writing a program to have the bitbot move towards the light and the optional ultrasonic distance sensor is too unreliable to be useful as it jumps around between reading close and far. I really wanted to love this as I had planned activities using it for the Code Club I run!
