I wish the mannequin has its own, real lashes but it was still great for practice and came with all I needed.

Good price for this good quality kit - the tools are practically professional grade. The face is relatively good and it comes with eyelids - most of these practice kits do not have the lids and that makes it hard to practice. This kit also comes with the optional measurement lines to place under the lids and that makes it easy for first timers to get good at spacing the lashes.The kit is exactly as shown on the Amazon product description.You will need to buy:1) eyelashes - you can experiment with clusters and singles...I find the full lashes just don't look real and Amazon sells decent lashes that come in large volumes with most lashes being able to be reused 5 times or more if you handle them gently.2) a decent glue - the glue that comes with this kit will make you feel like you are inept - it's worth buying a glue that doesn't dry out easily once you open it.3) Optional bond as it's helpful to learn how bond can make the glue set faster and more securely4) false eyelash removal serum or similar. Since this is not a real person you can use eye make up remover or witch hazel - much cheaper ... just remember to clean the area with soap and water and dry throughly before trying to place new lashes. Lift the eye lashes off from the base - not from the lash itself and your lashes can be re-used several times.Overall of the price this is a decent practice kit and most beginners will get their money's worth as "practice makes perfect!".

I used this when I was first starting out and it helped so much. The kit comes with the basics but you still need to get other things. For the price it’s great. It’s durable and has been through a lot but still holding up lol.

I loved. the fact that this head came with most of the stuff to use to practice lash installation'. Easy to use and clean too

This is a great set for beginners. Please note that the set only comes with head, patches, tweezers and lashes so you’ll need to additionally get glue and eyelash extensions. The head is smaller than regular person’s head but for the purpose of training it works fine. It’s not hard plastic – the skin is soft and you can press on it. The tweezers are very lightweight and not the best ones I’ve had but again it’s great for practicing (I actually ended up switching to my own tweezers). I practiced on this head by using eyelash fans and a professional strong eyelash extensions glue. After practicing on this head I’m way better at applying eyelashes and now can do my own eyelashes (with the regular glue for fake eyelashes though, not professional, so my eyelashes will hold for a day only – I do not recommend to anyone to do eyelash extensions by yourself using professional glue – please don’t do that as you can be blind – please use the help of professional eyelash extensions artist and make sure your eyes are closed at all times when the professional eyelash extensions glue is touching your natural lashes). This allows you to try out these eyelashes for the first time and practice before you would do your own eyes or another’s. You can easily learn from your mistakes and learn how to redo it a little better each time don’t try to do your eyelashes yourself for the first time and then be upset when it doesn’t work out, this really helps you get to know what you’re doing

This was bought for my stepdaughter as she likes to practice putting on makeup. With this she didn’t have to worry about washing her face constantly or not being able to use her dad or I for practice. She’s able to practice all makeup except for mascara she said. The only complaint she had was that she wished the eyes opened and closed. When removing the makeup it came off easily, but if she used bright colors and left it on forgetting to remove it, there would be a bit of a stain left, but it would be faint enough it wasn’t an issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend.
