Product was initially having issues so I notified the warranty team and they sent me a new one right away. They were very helpful. The new one works great and is exactly what I needed to water my lawn and plants. Very easy to program and intuitive. Much better than other brands or models I’ve used before.

I used the two-outlet Range Point sprinkler timer for several months, and it worked flawlessly. It was easy to set up, reliable, very user-friendly and made watering my garden and plants effortless. Eventually, the "OK" button suddenly stopped working, although all the other buttons continued functioning just fine. I reached out to the company, and they couldn’t have been more helpful—they were quick to respond and immediately offered a replacement. Their customer service was top-notch: courteous, efficient, and genuinely committed to standing behind their product. Despite the minor issue, I'm still giving this five stars. The timer performed great while it worked, and the company’s support truly impressed me.

The unit worked great until Zone 2 stopped working and water would flow out of the zone 2 even when set to off. I called customer service and they were extremely helpful and responsive to my issue. They offered to send me an upgraded brass version. Truly happy overall with product and level of customer support and detail.

I have four rain point water timers and have had very good experiences with them. They make my life easier because they save me so much time. They are easy to program and a great value for the money, super easy to install and reliable. I left my timers on while I went on a weeklong vacation and had complete confidence that my daily watering of newly established lawn would go well. Customer service is excellent. After a couple of months of use, one of my timers stopped working and I contacted customer service. Got someone on the phone quickly who understood the problem and within three days I received a new timer free of charge and I did not have to return the damaged one. I highly recommend these timers.

Timer is easy to install and program and has worked great for the first two weeks. Still dialing in the correct watering amount for our setup, but this timer is easy to adjust and includes a delay setting as well. The only issue I’ve had so far would be a small leak at the spigot connection, but this may be an issue with the spigot.

Was easy to program when I read the instructions... but Worked for about 3 months. Water in the screen. We put it in some rice to see if it can fix it, will update. NOT water resistant. 8/17/25 Update, The rice did fix it and I am going to buy an outdoor box to make sure I install it in so I dont have these issues again!

Loved the easy set up right out of the box in less than 5 minutes. Easy to understand instructions. Great quality product for a reasonable price. Works excellently, just as advertised.
