Probably the smallest Olympic squat rack out there.
Took about an hour to put it together, including unpacking everything. It helps to have an impact driver. If you're looking for something with a small footprint, this is pretty good. Keep in mind that it isn't very tall. I'm 5 foot 10 and it's barely tall enough for me to do squats with on the top setting. I'll probably cut a couple pieces of wood and jam it into the top tube so that I have something to bump up against when I put the weights back so that I know I'm on top of the hooks. Also think i'll cross brace the two tall vertical tubes with some aluminum somehow at the bottom. That will keep it from wobbling. Overall, very pleased though. Good value.

Sturdy!
Easy to assemble. Sturdy! One of my main concerns was it being sturdy when lifting the barbell on and off and it definitely is sturdy! Only issue that we have come across, if trying to use it for bench press, the half bar in front gets In the way. But a little adjusting of the bench and it works. Love it for the price. And works perfect in a smaller space.

Excellent quality rack for the price!!
This rack is extremely well made for the price! Impressive quality. The only improvement I would suggest it to make it a little taller in the back section- about a foot taller or adjustable height for taller people so they can’t over shoot the return of the barbell to the rest. Also maybe another cross connecting piece across the back for more stability bc it will sway slightly with weight on the rack- adding another cross member halfway should solidify.

Nice workout frame
Very nice equipment. For some, the sides may be a bit too close for doing bench press (my elbows brushed the sides with an incline bench), but it is sturdy and well made. Like others, I would recommend a socket set with a 7mm socket to make it assemble quicker (which was easy); you should probably have a good English/metric socket set anyway. I put the J-hooks one slot lower for squats so I had a reference of where to put the bar down.

Well made, but too small.
Obviously a Chinese product, but quite high quality. Fit and finish is good, seems sturdy. Problem is, try to sell it to Americans, who are taller and broader, and it's about 4-6 inches too small in every dimension.

Bench Press
I bought this as a cage for bench and shoulder shrugs only. The j-hooks and bumpers move quickly and easily. The bumpers can be adjusted so that they rest just above your chest on incline, decline, or flat bench when pushing yourself lifting alone. Also, for shoulder shrugs the bumpers can be moved for ideal placement. For all those reasons for me this was a great purchase.Clearly whoever designed this knew what they were doing.

Works well at an attractive price.
Solid, good option for a home gym. Well built. Could be a little wider, but generally OK. Offers a lot for the price. Recommended.

Easy to put together, hard to move weights
Design is sturdy, and it is quick to put together with an impact wrench. That is why I gave it 2 stars, but the height and depth is extremely short. I am 5’8 and at the tallest setting on the rear post it is barely up to my chest. The tallest point on the front beams is too short for a starting point on a bench, and there is not enough space in between the front and rear posts to lift in between the two.
