we’re so impressed with the quality of this couch!! fabric is easily cleanable and covers are washable which was a must for us with two toddlers. its SO cozy!!! if you're looking for a firm couch, this is NOT it. its like sitting on a cloud, and perfect for sleeping on. the only thing i dont love is the back cushions are free standing so they often slip behind the bottom cushions, but with how great everything else is its not something to worry about. super easy to put together, took about an hour with one person building it.

So I never leave reviews ever, but I felt this couch deserved it. I was looking for a couch and I was on a budget. Furniture stores want $2,000+ for a big comfortable couch. I found this couch and I was very skeptical of how sturdy it would be but the part where your back rests is made from metal bars so it’s perfect. It is way bigger than I expected, It could fit 5-6 people easily and it is so comfortable! Very soft and plush but still has a firmness to it. It took me about 4 hours to build, I’m a woman 4’11 but I did it by myself no help. The instructions were straight forward to me. But I also do have experience building things alone. It is very low to the ground it might as well be on the floor, I believe the feet it comes with are 1 or 2 inches. I read the reviews and fixed that easily by purchasing some more legs. I got 6 inch legs which is just a tad high for my preference I should have gotten 4 inch but I don’t feel like sending them back. I ordered black which it looks black on the picture but I got a very dark charcoal grey couch. Wasn’t too happy with that because I had a color scheme already but I was still able to make it work so no complaints. Lastly, the cushions on the back do not stick to the couch they are just kind of propped up by the cushion you sit on since it’s so fluffy so I got some Velcro tape as well to fix that and it’s perfect!!! I bought this couch even with the complications because they could be fixed very easily and I would have the perfect couch for my family. I would say walk don’t run to buy this couch! Nice couch. Seems to be decent quality for the price, comfortable and stylish. Just as most of the other reviews say, they legs are way too short, 4” legs are much nicer. Definitely be aware of the shipping issues. 2 of the 3 boxes arrived within 2 days and were waiting on my doorstep when I got home from work Thursday… box number 3 however was shipped separately but no other tracking number was provided. I got a door notice from fedex on Saturday that said final delivery attempt for an unknown reason but was able to track the package from there. Turns out the third box required a signature and fedex had apparently attempted delivery 3 times Thursday Friday and Saturday? They never left a notice until the third and final attempt, had not knocked or rang my doorbell and I was home all day Friday with just the screen closed and I had no idea I needed to sign and no number to track. So now I get to drive an hour and a half round trip to pick up box 3 because fedex refuses to deliver 🤦🏼‍♀️ So if you order, make sure someone is home all day everyday and watching out the window to catch the fedex truck as they drive by until you get all 3 boxes.

Couch is way too low to the ground!!! The back support is non Existent. I can’t even sit on this couch and I’m 6’2”!!!! Waste of money!!! If you buy this you need 5-8in legs in addition!!

this couch came 4 days after purchase and all 3 boxes where sent. it doesn’t take no longer than maybe an hr if ur doing it by urself. for the most part it was VERY simple and straightforward. yes believe the other reviews when they say its very low. i’m 5’1 so it wasn’t that low for me but anyone taller, it will be very very low. The legs they give u r like 2-3 inches so if you have an extra 20-70 $ plsss buy taller legs. i bought 5.7 in legs and they were PERFECT so i recommend 5.7 in legs. overall it’s very comfortable all tho the back pillows r kinda on the thin side, what i did was buy stuff animal stuffing and filled them more and that worked great !! not bad for the price!!

CHEAP!!! Let me start by saying the delivery was a nightmare, I ordered this sofa because the delivery time was supposed to only be 2 days. I did receive 2 of the 3 boxes in 3days or so. On both boxes it suggest not to open until you receive all 3boxes. So I had 2 big boxes just sitting. (I should’ve paid attention to the signs and returned them right then and there) The 3rd box was delivered somewhere but not here. I had to call Amazon and they gave me the runaround saying that this was a third party seller and they couldn’t assist. That part really got under my skin, because I placed the order with Amazon, I paid Amazon, so why can’t Amazon assist. SMH!! After a back and forth chat with the company(which has not customer service skills) they finally decided to send my third box. Which after opening it, I found that I didn’t really have to wait for the third box to come, I could’ve had the sofa together when the first 2 arrived. That was annoying. Fast forward- I’ve had the sofa now for maybe about 2weeks and this is the worse purchase that I have ever made. The sofa is literally on the floor, I mean literally!!! The back is so uncomfortable it is only good for laying down, may as well go to bed. You cannot have company to sit comfortably because it’s so low, the back pillows are super uncomfortable, looks deformed as maybe they did not expand entirely. Just disgusted!!! I guess it needed to be low to the ground because of not the frame is so cheap that if it were any higher from the ground, you would probably fall through. I am EXTREMELY disappointed!! I wouldn’t even put this sofa in my garage. I guess I’m stuck with this piece of thin wood and fabric because if you don’t have the box(to return) and if you open the pillows it’s yours. Just like that. They got you…and That’s crazy, because how would you know how it sits or feels if you don’t open the pillows to sit on the thing. This was a set up to begin with, they know how to get your money… I will NEVER again purchase Furniture online again. Especially not from Amazon.

We got the three piece with the ottoman. We’ve bought brand new couches that wouldn’t fit through our door so when this showed up in boxes we were super relieved. It was easy get in & EASY to set up (we have an Allen key bit that fit our drill) but used the Allen key that came with it first, we chose the drill because DUH. lol this is not THE BEST COUCH EVER… but it will do for now. The back rests are low & it’s super low to the ground. we know we can buy risers but we’d have to buy we aren’t doing that lol We will definitely take it with us when we move. Until we can get a super big sectional this will do perfectly. It’s comfortable so far. I will update this if and when I need to. I did get the protection plan, I don’t trust making big online purchases without it. I suggest opening the cushions to let them fluff out BUT it says you cannot return it if you open them so be aware. Overall the fabric is nice, it’s functional for our family & looks really cute. It’s not wobbly or doesn’t feel super cheap. We bought a couch from big lots (again tiny home so we’ve tried all the big furniture places as well) and that couch just wasn’t it, So this price for this quality is GREAT. My son is 6ft and was laying out on it this morning I was still able to sit comfortably lol. JUST what we needed. I recommend!!
