I bought this battery on a 24-hour delivery for which I paid a premium. This was because I needed my car for an important journey. I subsequently had to hire a car because TAYNA let me down When I purchased the battery I was not aware that TAYNA used Yodel as its carrier. As most people are aware Yodel along with Evri and Hermes (all the same company) have tried with each reinvention of the name to disguise extremely poor past delivery performance. DAY ONE They failed to deliver the order because they “couldn’t find my house” even though they had What3Words and my telephone number which the driver didn’t bother to use. Yodel were totally pathetic when contacted but assured me they would deliver the next day DAY TWO Once more they failed to deliver the order because they “couldn’t find my house” and again the driver could not be bothered to use my telephone number. Again Yodel customer care was useless because they could not contact the driver. DAY THREE progress! the driver who still “couldn't find my house” but this time he phoned me. On arrival, he explained that he was a subcontractor to Yodel working off a SatNav App supplied by Yodel. This App which in his words was “useless” and didn’t have the What3Words positioning data although Yodel asked for it on their website - unbelievable! Throughout this shambolic experience, when contacted TAYNA did not intercede with the carrier, refused to give me a refund for the premium paid and the only offer made was to cancel the order. (really useful!) TAYNA's customer service in choosing a recognised extremely poor carrier together with their response to their customer's complaints is indefensible. Hopefully, nothing will go wrong with the battery because I think I know what their response will be. Oh and by the way don’t contact Amazon they are not interested because this product is supplied by a third party, for which, apparently they are not responsible. OVERALL DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY BUT IF YOU DO, ENSURE THEY USE A RELIABLE CARRIER

Hallo Ich habe sie VW T5 Multivan Baujahr 2004 1.9 TDI gekauft. Laut Amazon passt sie nicht rein. PASST ABER!!! Die Batterie kam sicher sehr gut verpackt an. Vorsicht!!!! Neue Batterien sind nur vorgeladen. Niemals voll geladen. Sie kann und sollte man nie einfach so einbauen. Mit meinem 4 A Ladegerät hat das Laden fast 24h gedauert. Unbedingt die gelben Stopfen entfernen vor dem Laden. Eingebaut funktioniert sie mega gut. Brutal viel Kraft. Auch für einen TDI zum Vorglühen perfekt. Volle Empfehlung meinerseits. VG Thomas
