We love this! It acts wonky once the batteries are dying so we quickly learned to just replace them immediately versus letting the thing completely die. It looks absolutely beautiful too.

Lock quality looks to be good aesthetically , code settings and sofware was easy to use. finger print was almost accurate 9 times outof 10. However , the product worked for less than 90 days and had to get a replacement. The motor that handles the lock failed. I contacted the company and they sent me a second product. The second lock worked flawlessly for almost a year and 3 months. For the price that one pays for a product like this, you should be able to get a good 3-5 year use. Im going back to the good ol' reliable key and lock .

I've been using this smart lock for a few days now. and I have to say. I'm really impressed. The app access is incredibly easy to use. and the auto-lock feature is a real lifesaver for forgetful people like me. The one-touch lock is also very convenient. and the keys access provides an extra level of security. The log record is great for keeping track of who's coming and going. and the password management feature is perfect for giving temporary access to guests. The one-time code and timed code options are also very useful. The recurring code feature is particularly helpful for giving access to regular visitors I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this smart lock to anyone.

The installation process was a breeze, taking me less than 30 minutes to set up with the clear and detailed instructions provided. The low-battery indicator on the app is good feature. I wish device come with more than two IC cards. If you need to order additional IC card you must order 13.56MHz Ic cards, such as mifare card, NFC card, Desfire card and EV1 card. UPDATE: After 45 days of use, the hardware lock failed, rendering it unresponsive to lock/unlock commands from the app. The device seemed too good to be true, so I requested a replacement. If the replacement fails again, I will ask for a full refund. Update 2: This is not good. Somehow this decide deprogrammed itself. No idea what happened. Alex and the iPhone app are no longer responding to it. Buyer be aware. Switching to another brand asap

Update : After ordering this item. I have only had it since August 2023. Since then I have received teo replacements. I am currently having isues with the replacements and the manufacturer refuses to email me navk. there is no phone number for assistance. I do not recommend at am. $100+ down the drain. D O N O T P U R C H A S E!! unless you want to waste money reach out for help because it goes down every three months then customer service becomes non responsive! This lock set was so easy to set up. I feel safe and secure without a doubt. The seller was very helpful when I had questions about the product. I would order again.

Easy to program fingerprints to unlock. Can program multiple fingers for same person. Well made

A year into this purchase and it was working wonderfully until the first time I was locked outside my house because the keypad stopped taking my fingerprint. Two months later the keypad stopped working all together and the app fused with another Chinese app that controls my bedroom door. Emailing customer support was a dead end which is sad considering the fact of the price for this lock. Please don’t waste your money.
