Unfortunately the bottles leaked Vitamin C Serum into the shrink wrap wasting quality product

I have been using the Neutrogena 20% Vitamin C that comes in capsules and wanted to try a dropper variety. What I have read says that vitamin C is hard to keep stable and once it turns milky it is no longer effective so I knew to keep and eye on it once it was open since it has a short shelf life after opening. Both of my bottles arrived already milky and not looking like a serum. I will not waste my money again and instead stick to one time capsules.

I just got it and only used twice and can't tell how good or bad at the moment.
