This thing is awesome. It was bigger than I was expecting, but that was a GOOD thing. We finally have a shoe rack that fits all of our shoes and won’t topple over. It’s not super high quality whatsoever, BUT it does the job without breaking the bank. Plus, my lil kitty loves it too🤭

The material feels cheap, and it’s far from sturdy.Not long after setting it up, it collapsed—twice. The first time, it nearly fell on top of my spouse, and the second time, it landed on our belongings. After the first incident, I even removed several pairs of shoes to lighten the load, and it still fell. That tells me it can’t handle even a moderate amount of weight, despite what the listing says.It’s definitely not worth the money, and honestly, it feels unsafe—especially if you have small children in the house. I do not recommend this product.

It’s a good size rack. Light but sturdy. I ordered two of these. Assembled one right away and no issues but ran into defective part(s) for second one. Small issues but it means I cannot assemble it fully.Part 1- the manufacturer has inserted the clip on the wrong side of the tube. Bummer since they did not provide an extra one. Only one tube is defective.Part 2- there is a dent. I could probably still make it work but with the defective Part 1 tube I cant use it anyway.Part 5- this is damaged by something sharp.3 small parts but Amazon can’t help and cannot even provide me a way to reach the seller.
