I’ve been really happy with my LifePro vibration plate overall. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’ve noticed improvements in circulation, flexibility, and even muscle recovery since I started using it regularly. My only complaint at first was the constant beeping and built-in speaker—it was louder and more frequent than I preferred. But after doing a little research, I decided to carefully disassemble the unit and remove the speaker. Best decision ever. Now it’s exactly what I wanted—quiet, effective, and much more enjoyable to use. If the sound doesn’t bother you, you’ll love it right out of the box. But if you’re sensitive to noise like I am, and my German Shepherd, just know there are ways to make it even better. Overall, fantastic product and definitely worth the investment!

An excellent machine and well worth the money! When these full body vibration machines first came out many years ago they could cost around $20,000.00 - that’s the price my personal trainer paid for the one she had - just know this is one that should be kept in one place- it’s heavy and not meant to be moved from place to place. It’s so helpful for our health - lymph movement - it’s like a full body ISOMETRIC exercise machine. Highly recommend!

The Lifepro Waver Vibration Plate was very easy to set up for use by my wife and I who are both 67 years old. We have used the Waver for two days and already can feel our leg muscles getting stronger and this is helping our balance. I think we may have dropped a pound or two after just using the machine two days. The machine is low impact and a good substitution for older folks that no longer able to run. I have also noticed reduce pain in my right knee. We both feel are overall strength has improved and look forward to adding new exercises and increase the speed as we get use to the machine. We are both very happy with the purchase.

I ordered this vibration plate in hopes that it would aid in muscle recovery and balance. My review centers on those topics. After a brain injury, I have bouts of vertigo and find some exercise equipment exacerbates that issue so I was intrigued when I read this could help improve balance. Not going to lie, the first few uses did leave me feeling a bit dizzy, even at very low vibration levels. The user manual suggests easing into the product and starting in a seated position or holding on to something as you get used to it. These recommendations were very helpful to me. I do feel now, after weeks of use (3-4x/wk) that it is helping with the dizziness and balance issues I've had. As for muscle recovery, I would say this has been noticeably helpful to me and other athletes in my home. I don't find sitting on the device to provide much to me for back or shoulder pain, but sitting or standing on the device while using one of the preset programs has provided much needed relief to my legs and feet.. It's nice that there are a variety of settings available at the push of a button, making the item easy to use with limited learning curve. Overall, I have been pleased with the product to date, even though I have not yet explored its full capabilities.

We used one at our daughter's house we liked how easy it is to use. My knee has been bothering me and my wife's hip. WE have seen improvements all ready. With the Walking, Jogging and Running setting it works. It also has a Lifetime Warranty low noise good Vibration.

I first tried an inexpensive vibration deck. The deck was small and if you were to stand near the edges, the deck would tap the floor when shifting weight, not a desired outcome. The unit had a powerful enough motor and the electronics were fine, but the quality wasn't there. Then I ordered the Lifepro -- wow -- what a difference! The design begins with an ample size deck. That's important as I have a size 13 foot. There are multiple foot positions on the deck and when I stand on the end, there's no tap on the floor when I shift my weight. Speaking of weight, I am 260 pounds and the unit is designed for up to 330 pounds. The powerful motor easily accommodates my weight. I am hoping to reduce lymphatic drainage issues around my ankles, but it is too early (only been a couple of days) to see any results. Easy to understand electronics and remote. Included are top quality arm resistance bands with padded grips. The deck is cushioned and foot patterns atop the rubber deck keeps me stable as I exercise. The Lifepro is heavy and a good suggestion is to put it on a non-slip rug or some other barrier between the unit and the floor. I am using some floor tiles that were left over from a recent floor project. Now, I don't worry about the black suction feet leaving a mark on the floor. There are plenty of workout suggestions and explanations as to power, time and speed combinations included with the product. All this plus, a lifetime warranty! Register your Lifepro, immediately, and should something go wrong that is not easy fixed, the company will send you a new one. We have no idea of the product is any good or not because it's not compatible with the power supply in the UAE. The sellers total lack of product information is very frustrating. If you live in the UAE do not order this product as its 110v ONLY.

Brilliant addition to my rehabilitation equipment. Which is now considerable. Especially great for my legs and back. Useful additional resistance bands . Excellent explanation booklets and QR codes linking easily to numerous exercises at different levels of ability. This is my favourite, by far, item I have bought so far. Well worth the money

J'ai reçu mon produit hier et surprise au déballage...prise anglaise donc inutilisable dans l'immédiat...obligation de commander un adaptateur....rien n'est précis dans la description produit....passablement énervé...et je constate qu'il n'existe que des avis anglo-saxons....fait du hasard je suis le seul Français à avoir acheté un produit fabriqué en Angleterre....étonnant !!!!
