Excellent build quality
Using this on an 80s steel frame bike that does not have a mount location for modern derailleur, works great with my Shimano grx 11 speed derailleur and sunrace 11 speed cassette. I bought this one along with a different brand and return the other one as this one is far superior build quality.

Good replacement for my 90’s MTB
Quality looks good, the attachment point for the derailleur is threaded which I wasn’t sure of from the pictures. So that is great. Good price.

Just what I needed to upgrade my old Schwinn with rear derailleurs.

For older bikes with slotted dropouts
Would likely work well on older steel bikes with slotted dropouts and a hole for the retaining screw. Will likely not fit most newer bikes with model-specific derailleur hangers. Check carefully before ordering.

Low quality hardware, doesn't fit flush to dropouts, useless as a derailleur adaptor.
Nut and bolt immediately stripped due to very low quality hardware. The claw portion has a bump out that goes in the wrong direction, so the claw cannot fit flush to the drop out. It's almost as though it was machined in reverse. I only bought because performance bike was out of stock, should have just waited instead of gambling on junk store amazon.

I have nonissues with this hanger. Unlike other hangers of similar type here on Amazon this hanger is threaded.
