Seems to work well for me. The only thing that I don’t like are that the fluid is in a plastic bottle. Would be healthier in glass. No micro plastics then

I've been a carnivore for 9 months and experiencing muscle cramps. Of the electrolytes I've used wasn't helpin... BEAM fix me. When I'd " tried" tyo stretch first thing in the morning, my legs "would" cramp and my neck. So, I could only stretch carefully every morning upon walking. After 2..yes TWO Beam electrolytes I can stretch with absolutely NO cramping at all. This is my experience, hopefully you'll find yours 🤞

I've been taking this supplement for almost a month now and I haven't experienced any negative side effects..only positive. The color is a little off-putting but there is little to no taste, so I'm not bothered by it at all. The product is doing what they claim it does so I will be ordering another bottle. I only drink filtered water so I knew I needed to get my minerals from another source. Between this product, my diet and my coffee tamer, I'm hoping it's enough. Time will tell.

Chiropractor Mindy Pelz highly recommended this product which is the reason I ordered both, the liquid Micro Boost and Electrolyze. I gave it a full year and sadly noticed NOTHING, nothing at all, except A LOT of money spent. I’m curious if these Drs who are recommending get some kind of kick back. ????
