Great resource on witnessing. Especially good on explaining "worldliness"! I have most of Paul Little's books and think he is a good writer.

Still a practical tool after many decades of use.

Wow! if you are not witnessing, are you afraid? Remember that the great commission of Jesus said to "go YE into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature". There are not enough Pastors to accomplish that task, so we ALL are supposed to help with this. Revelation 3:20 says that Jesus stands at the door knocking and the only handle to the door is on the inside. Our Lord also left the 90 and nine and sought the one little lamb that was lost, and He rejoiced more over that one lamb coming back, than the ninety-nine that we safe in the fold. Ephesians 6:10.

Our small group did this study and it changed our lives and the people's lives that we've witnessed to. We now have confidence in how to share our faith. The members really liked that each session was self-contained, new people could enter at any time, and no outside reading was needed.

If you are unsure how to witness, or are afraid to witness, this book is a must read. In simple, down-to-earth language, Little shows the reader how easy and spiritually uplifting sharing your faith with others can be.

Paul Little has written one or two useful books on witnessing. Sadly, this isn't one of them.It is weak on the qualities required and almost totally useless as a practical guide.
