I bought these brackets not to utilize as shelves but to use as a way to store extra wood/PVC/pipes/boards, which were not only taking a lot of space in my garage but were also awkward to move around, especially given how infrequently I work with them. These brackets worked perfectly for my use case and were much better designed than I had expected.The product is nicely packaged with everything secured inside a plain brown box. It comes with all the necessary hardware to mount the brackets however you see fit (two different types of wall anchors, wood screws), including an amazing little magnetic level (that rivals the small one I own) and a very brief “manual” that I did not use. I mounted the brackets directly into studs very easily and had no issues using the included screws (I sometimes use my own screws when I suspect the ones provided are not strong enough). I was impressed by the quality of the brackets themselves: they are heavy and feel very strong, although I wouldn’t trust them to hold 160lbs per pair as is claimed on the product’s description (I would personally trust them for 50-75lbs).After a couple of days of setting these up, I’m really happy with them so far but I will update this review if issues arise, especially in terms of robustness/strength/sagging. I’m even happier that I bought and have extras for future projects.

Product is as advertised. Good quality. Strong and functional. The color is also a perfect hue of black that can be used in multiple applications, whether you are looking for a matte/flat finish or a low semi gloss finish it’ll work.Over all it is great, it even comes with a couple types of wall fastening products.I easily mounted them to a concrete wall using the screws and shields provided. You can fasten them to any wood paneling easily also. You can mount them to Sheetrock but I would recommend locating the studs or installing a backer board if possible. You could attach directly to Sheetrock using toggle anchors but I would recommend “light use” if not attaching directly to something solid. These are SOLID, they are not light brackets. So just keep that in mind with your application and these will work perfect every time.

I used these in my workshop for shelves, and they were easy to install and nicely finished. They're just shy of .2" thick, so plenty sturdy if you use them within reason. There are no burrs or sharp edges, and the finish is better than the matte powder coating on some other shelves sold on amazon.

The brackets were very sturdy. I used them to make a shelf under my wall mounted tv and they look great. One thing that I did not realize was that the wood board itself was not included. I used a 2x8, cut it to 52 inches then stained the board. The shelf looks phenomenal.

Is not 12 inches in any which way, the bracket has wrong description, will be very helpful if in an image specify that from outer side is 11.5 inches and from the inner side is 11.125 inches, so there is no way a board with 12 inches deep will fit in this type of bracket.

Very strong and serves the purpose but could be 1/4 inch longer for a 12" shelf

I like the way you can turn them over and use them either way.

Great product but you can’t lay a 12” deep shelf in it. Depth is around 11”. Seem sturdy though.
