What is the difference between the SV06 and SV06 Plus? I'm new to 3D printing.

SV06 Plus comes with larger hot bed, higher flow hotend to make it can print at 150mm/s faster than SV06. The knob screen of SV06 has been upgraded to the touch screen of SV06 Plus. The power supply of SV06 Plus has been upgraded to 500W. We also added filament sensor/upgraded filament rack to SV06 Plus.

Is the nozzle steel? Will it tolerate an abrasive filament such as carbon fiber?

The two nozzles included are not steel, however the hot end will accept any nozzle standard nozzle. Once the correct nozzle is installed you should have no issues with abrasives such as CF or CF Nylon. It handles high temp materials like ABS with no issues that I’ve noticed since I’ve gone through 3 Kg of ABS for a Voron build.

any amazon link to a glass bed? and what type of usb cable is needed to hook to pc?

The build plate it comes with is one of the best I have used, you won’t want to replace it with glass. My voxelab Aquila had a glass plate and it was good but could be hard to remove parts. The Sovol also has inductive bed leveling so not sure if you can even use a glass bed. As far as the cable, this doesn’t hook directly to a computer. You transfer the file from a computer to the printer on the provided micro sd card. I’m guessing you can hook a raspberry pi to the micro usb port and run octoprint but I haven’t tried it yet.
