Battery defective
not turning on left to charge for 4 hours nothing looks like battery was defective really disappointed I was going for the full collection but it looks like I am not going to go for the beard hedger looking for a different brand.

Not ideal for a short hair beard
It might be better for a long hair beard, but when the facial hair follicles are shorter then mechanism fails to pick the facial hair. This leaves uneven shaving. Charging a premium price though it's no where near expectations.

Overpriced foelr the functionality it provides
Not the best tool, the adjustable attachment is not intuitive to use, the zero shaver leaves hears

Not Happy with the purchase
The product was not to my expectation and feel it was a mistake buying online. The comb adjustment is kind of american standard and i cannot trim my beard the way i was doing with my previous trimmer. Even when using 0.5 mode the beard is quit long.

Horrible result
I used it one time only since the shave was uneven and awful. It takes some chunks in some places and in other, it doesn't shave properly.

Produit d’excellente qualité (visuelle tout du moins) ! Il vient remplacer un produit d’une marque concurrente qui a largement fait son temps ! Il est en état de marche et propre, je n’ai pas encore eu l’occasion de l’essayer mais je ne suis pas inquiet pour autant, je pense qu’il remplira parfaitement sa fonction ! Ravi de mon achat !
