Good start for gain

Bought the supplement nearly a week ago, tastes really nice and keeps me filled up for majority of my morning. In terms of truly working it’s still early days to tell but I have faith in it

I mix with whole milk, 3 scoops (120g approx) and it makes a thick tasty shake. Doesn’t seem to have that granulated or chalk-like consistencies I’ve had elsewhere. It’s nothing amazing tasting, but it’s certainly not awful. At about 400cals and 30g protein, I find it very convenient if I’m getting home from work late at night and don’t want to cook or run the blender. Just throw some scoops into a shaker with milk, and 2 minutes later I’m full.

Es buen producto,llena mucho,el el saco pone que tomar 3 al dia,yo con 1 me deja muy saciada.Tiene muy buen sabor,yo pedí el de chocolate y estoy encantada.BLa calidad precio está muy bien,lo unico malo que como no pases la batidora quedan grumos.
