how can I replace rear wheels?

A local bicycle shop should be able to replace your tires

Can it be carried on the plane ?

My 94 year old dad is able to easily take it out of the trunk of his car so it is pretty light. You might have to check it as luggage in a worse case scenario. But I can’t guarantee that you would have to check with your airline.

Will it be easy to take on sight seeing bus

I have never travelled on a tour bus but I would imagine that it would depend upon the type and size of the bus. As far as weight and handling capabilities, I don’t believe there would be a problem
